Briefly about the exhibition:
‘‘Abstract Art’ is a visual language of expressions through forms, colours, lines, shapes and more. Presented in a non-representational manner, depicting a sense of independence and depth, the abstract is a medium through which the artist explores and expands his repertoire almost constant in his search of newer horizons.
This group exhibition showcases the divergent identity of abstracts through the eyes 13 abstractionists. Their oeuvres traverse the highs and lows of a spectrum of emotions, their journeys individualised, defined by personal experience, and supported by technical excellence – a process that is eventful and ongoing.
Centred around the idea of new beginnings, transformation and optimism, through this exhibition, the gallery continues to foster its efforts of promoting emerging and talented artists.
