In this series, Suruchi recreates such places of bliss that humanity has always wished for. Her paintings have their roots deeply merged into reality and their essence is derived from the workings of a sensitive, creative mind. An avid traveller, Suruchi's works have a transcendental quality that makes them transcend over the mysterious nights into the viewer’ consciousness.

Suruchi graduated from Sir J. J. School of Art and did post-graduation from Nagpur University. She has had 30 solo shows at leading art galleries like Jehangir Art Gallery, Jawahar Kala Kendra, India Habitat Centre, Nehru Centre, India International Centre etc. She is a recipient of the Dolly Kersetjee Award and Nehru Cultural Award amongst her many accolades.

"Suruchi's world has a mystique of its own. She is an ever-vigilant painter who keeps on storing all impressions of what she comes across face-to-face. She has a unique view of her own that reflects in each painting and sculpture. It is a journey of thousands of years that she has so efficiently spread on the canvas.... which has no boundaries."       ---- Late Sudhir Tailang
