11th July – 23rd July’16: Pradarshak presents Vidyarthi Vishesh Phase I - Metalcraft.

One cannot really put a finger on what inspires the students. Some influences, studies of master artist’s works; experimentation with material and technique... all play a role in the final outcome.

The current show features diverse subjects ranging from the realistic to the abstract. The discipline of metal craft is meant to equip the artist not only in terms of process and its limitations but also inculcates the entrepreneur in him. Whether he opts for traditional practise or rises to the challenges of new mediums, the focus is on ideation, material and technical exploration.
