25^th Nov-18^th Dec.’13: Pradarshak presents “Conjectures” abstract paintings by various artists.

The beauty of an abstract painting lies in the eye of the beholder. Conscious, unconscious, subconscious thought is transferred on to canvas through non-representational forms, motifs – sometimes symbolic; sometimes repetitive; creating a rhythm and backed by layers, textures etc. Although most artists begin with a blank canvas and a blank mind, a lot of them tend to explore a concept or even translate a narrative – an inner dialogue with self through their painting.
